Delivery Method
1.) Courier Company
Below is our usual courier services company that we will be using to deliver your product, in any case if there are any issues which require other listed official service company, pethypermart.com reserves the right to appoint it.:

2.) Delivery Duration
We will try our best to fulfill next day delivery, at most 7 working days. Unless there are some stocking issue which require longer time, we will inform customers so that the customers are able to decide whether they want to proceed or to request for refund.
3.) Delivery Rates
Within Peninsula West Malaysia
For Orders RM 99 and below = Flat RM 10
For Orders above RM 100 = FREE SHIPPING!
Delivery from our office to East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak)

First 3 kg delivery charges will be base price of RM 16 per kg.
Any weight after 3kg (for example 3.001kg) the price will be added RM 10 per kg there after.
4.) Order Taking and Delivery Time
The usual process will be shown at this table. However, delay may occur if there are any unforseen circumstances:
1.) Stock issue/Quality Issue of the products: Pethypermart will inform customers immediately to see if customer agree to wait until stocks condition are available to be delivered.
2.) Courier company facing high traffic/storm/road ban due to public Holiday: Pethypermart will inform customer prior to sending goods.
5.) Pethypermart Delivery and office Operation time
Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Orders on Saturday/Sunday/Public Holiday will be shipped on the next working day.
6.) Delivery of restriction item
Please kindly note that for restricted item such and combustable items, we are not able to deliver by Air at this moment.
7.) Customer who unable to collect items due to not present at the time of delivery
At times when there are no one at home to collect the parcel, the agent will then leave a note to request customer to collect from the courier office, or contact you to request to make arrangement or to re-send the goods at selected time (if this service available in your area.)
8.) Pethypermart.com only ship within Malaysia
Pethypermart.com will only serve the Malaysia market
9.) No self collect service available
Pethypermart.com does not have an office to cater self-collect service
